Sandwiches
Cuban Sandwich (Sandwich Cubano)Award Winning, a delicious blend of seasoned roast pork, fine select hams, swiss cheese, mustard and pickles.
- Midnight (Media Noche): the Cuban sandwich's sweeter brother, made the same delicious way as the Cuban with roast pork, fine select hams, swiss cheese, mustard and pickles. Serve on a sweet egg bread.
- Roasted Pork (Sandwich De Lechon): tender slices of seasoned, roast pork, caramelized onions and Caribbean spices.
- Jibarito (The Wild Thing): Puerto Rican-style steak sandwich, served on two slices of fried green plantains with caramelized onions, lettuce, tomato and mayonnaise.
- Falda Humada (Cuban Smoked Brisket): Slow roasted for 16 hours, hickory-smoked and rubbed with Cuban spices, served with onions and green peppers.
- Chicken Heatwave (Sandwich de Pollo a la Diablo): Medallions of chicken breast, sauteed in a very hot sauce with tomatoes, onions and peppers.

Entrees
Oxtail Stew (rated best in Chicago)The oxtail is marinated for 3 days in a traditional red wine and tomato sauce. It is then slowly simmered with sweet peppers, onions plus other Island spices until the meat just falls off the bone. Served Caribbean style with rice and black beans (congri), along with boiled cassava smothered in garlic sauce for added flavor. After trying this fabulous dish, our friends generally throw away all napkins and just lick their fingers. It's alright if you find yourself doing the same thing, we'll understand.
- Cuban-style Skirt Steak (Churrasco Estilo Cubano): tender and flavorful skirt steak marinated in Caribbean spices for 7 days, grilled to perfection, served with congri.
- Shredded Beef Tender, shredded flank cooked in a red wine, tomato sauce olives, onions and peppers.
- Ground Beef Creole (Picadillo Criollo): Lean, seasoned ground beef cooked in a spicy (not hot!) red wine, tomato sauce with onions, olives, potatoes, sweet peppers and raisins.
- Taste of Cuba (Sabor de Cuba): Dinner-size plate filled with Cuba's very best! Shredded Beef, Ground Beef and Fried Pork Medallions accompanied with delicious Green Plantain, Ham Croquette, Boiled Cassava. Served with congri.

Dinners
Ultimate Tour of CubaSit back and enjoy the Tour. We start at Matanzas where they like to brag about the Boliche Matanzera with Green and Ripe Plantains. We then take a horse back ride to Bainoa for a sample of the town favorite: Caribbean Style Ox Tail with Boiled Yuca. Finally, our trip cannot be complete without visiting the Capital city of Cuba, breathtaking Havana, where we are served a delicious plate of Shredded Beef with Congri.
- Roast Pork (Pernil de Cerdo Asado): Sliced pork, lightly sautéed with caramelized onions, garlic sauce, and Caribbean spices.
- Breaded Chicken Steak (Bistec de Pollo Empanizado): A tasty breading adds to an already well-seasoned and delicious, butterflied whole breast of chicken.
- Tropical Heatwave (Pollo a la Diabla): For the spicy lovers, small medallions of chicken breast sautéed in a very hot sauce and select special spices
- Paella Marinera (Special Order - please allow 45-60 minute prep time): From the south of Spain, large enough for two (2) to four (4) people. A traditional dish of moist savory yellow rice, cooked with an assortment of surf and turf including shrimp, clams, squid, fish, lobster tail, chicken and pork.
- Red Snapper Fillet (Filete de Pargo): tender fillet, lightly seasoned with Caribbean spices and gently brushed with garlic sauce, served with grilled onions and green peppers.
- Brazilian Lobster Tail (Mouthwateringly good): fresh Lobster Tail from the beautiful waters of Brazil. Served with white rice, black beans and garnished with Tostones (green plantains). Prepared in a choice of your favorite homemade exclusive sauce.

Desserts
Traditional FlanTraditionally rich "melt in your mouth" Cuban custard with liquified sugar glaze.
- Coppa Cafe: Fior-di-latte gelato with a rich coffee and pure cocoa swirl, presented in a dessert glass cup which you keep.
- Tres Leches Passion Cake: Thick yellow cake soaked in three different kinds of milk with Brandy liquor, topped with whip cream and glazed sliced fruit.
- Chocolate Tartufo: Classic Tartufo with a zabaglione cream center, covered with chocolate gelato and caramelized hazelnuts, topped with cocoa powder.
- Bomba: Chocolate and vanilla ice cream separated by mixed sliced nuts with a cherry center and coated with semi-sweet chocolate.
- Cappuchino Cubano: Cuban style, moist sponge cake, dripping with sweet sugar syrup. These cone shaped delicacies will simply melt in your mouth.
